  1. Tell me about yourself.

“I live in Deering, New Hampshire, which has a population of 1900 people. My decision to move here was family motivated. My son is a Manchester Police Officer, and since he didn’t have any family nearby, I wanted to be closer to them. When a house next to theirs went up for sale, I saw it as a chance to be near them. Moving here has allowed me to be there for my son’s family and enjoy time with my granddaughter, who’s 18 months old. We are all also eagerly awaiting the arrival of another grandchild. It’s been about five years since I moved from busy city life in Rhode Island to the quiet countryside of New Hampshire.”

  1. Can you share a bit about your background and journey that led you to your current role?

“I started working 25 years ago at the legacy company, The Allied Group. At first, I applied for an administrative role. But because I had experience in sales, I ended up selling printing services instead. After doing well in printing for a couple years, I got a great chance to work with promotional products. The Allied Group, who owned a promo franchise, needed someone to lead this part of the business. That’s how I got into the promotional products industry, and I’ve been in it for over 20 years now.

What I really like about this job is that each project is different. Every new opportunity brings its own challenges, so I never get bored. But sometimes, things don’t go smoothly because we rely on suppliers, and they can cause unexpected problems. However, I’m good at solving problems, thanks to my years of experience.”

  1. What does a typical day look like for you in your current position?

Working with promotional products means my days are always busy. I handle everything from managing client requests to troubleshooting supplier issues, it’s a fast-paced environment that keeps me on my toes.

My typical day is full of different tasks. I have to make quick decisions and pay close attention to details. In the promotional products world, things change quickly, so every day brings new challenges and chances to do better. I talk to clients to understand what they need, make sure orders are on track with suppliers, and solve any unexpected problems that come up. It’s a job where I’m always interacting with people and working hard to make things go smoothly.

  1. What unique skills or talents do you bring to your role, and how do they contribute to the team’s success?

  1. Could you highlight a particular project or achievement you’re proud of from your time here?

“One project I’m really proud of is creating a virtual company store for Millipore Sigma. It was a big job that involved choosing promo products and designing the virtual store. Seeing it all come together and be successful was really satisfying.

This project was different from what we usually do. We had to create a store front and then make it happen. We picked out products and took pictures of them, with our the client’s employees posing as models. We paid close attention to every detail to make sure it worked well. The success of this project showed that we can take on any task but that we’re leaders in our field, a testament to our team’s innovation and commitment to excellence.”

  1. What excites you most about working at our company, and what keeps you motivated?

“What I love most about my job is making our clients happy. It feels great to know that I help them impress their teams by exceeding expectations. Also, the team spirit and supportive environment at BioTouch makes me feel like we’re all in this together, which makes me love my work even more.”

“We have a network of pre-approved vendors with whom we have established relationships. These partnerships ensure quality and reliability, which are paramount in our industry. Our vendor selection process is guided by a meticulous screening and approval process, ensuring we partner with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and customer service.

“While our clientele spans various sectors, our primary focus lies in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries. These sectors offer a diverse array of opportunities, ranging from employee recognition programs to trade show booths, allowing us to showcase our versatility and cater to a wide range of needs.”

“In my role, I strive to embody our company’s values of excellence, integrity, and customer-centricity in every customer interaction and decision.   1. Can you share a memorable moment or experience you’ve had while working here?

“Every year, we show our support for veterans in our company by giving them a boutonniere and homemade cookies, made by Debbie Jaimeson, who has since retired, to thank them for their service. We really care about our military and veterans, and they seem to like our gifts. It might seem small, but it shows how much we appreciate them and how close we are as a team.”

  1. What are your hobbies?

“Since moving to New Hampshire, I’ve found many things to keep me busy. I enjoy taking care of chickens, working in the garden, and spending time with my family. I’m also involved in our local government, serving as a Trustee of Trust Funds, Supervisor of the Checklist for voter registration, and participating in the Patriotic Committee and our town’s 250th anniversary celebration.”

  1. What is a fun fact about you?

“I recently started riding ATVs, which is a big change since I’m a city girl! It all began when I needed a snowplow for my driveway. I decided to buy an ATV with a snowplow attachment, and it worked really well. Even though I’m new to ATV riding, I’m excited to explore the trails here in New Hampshire. I think it might become a new hobby of mine.”
