BioTouch provides customized requisition forms to meet your specific needs. You can send us print-ready artwork, choose from our selection of templates, or have something customized from an original concept. We can help you with everything from one-color forms to full-color forms with integrated custom labels, piggyback labels, numbering, patient-specific barcoding, and more! We provide a hands-on, open communication approach to requisition design that will begin with a consultation so that our product development team and requisition design specialists have a thorough understanding of your form field and label requirements. We will document and discuss each set of revisions until the form meets or exceeds your expectations.

We don’t stop at the design, we also provide printing, fulfillment, and distribution services for your requisitions – all of which are done within our own facility.

Printing

Whether you need to print 5 requisitions or 5,000, BioTouch has you covered. Our in-house printing department ensures a streamlined process from the design stage to the press. This reduces time that may otherwise have been spent coordinating between multiple vendors, and it also helps us provide you with a quick turn-around time.
