Our Executive Leadership Team
Kevin was vice president of sales for Richard-Allan Scientific, a Thermo Fisher Company where he helped grow the company into the leading anatomical pathology supplier in the U.S. His background also includes extensive corporate and group purchasing contract negotiation and implementation. Kevin has successfully hired, trained, and managed successful sales teams for the healthcare industry.
Kevin has also held positions with Stephens Scientific in sales and sales management. Stephens Scientific was a best value supplier to Cardinal Healthcare, a leading products distributor in the U.S. He also has extensive distribution experience from working at Cardinal Healthcare in sales and utilizing Cardinal as a primary source of product distribution throughout his career.
Kevin Boykin
Kevin Boykin was the CEO and founder of Path-Tec, started in 2005 and is now BioTouch’s interim CEO. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kevin started his career in the U.S. Air Force as a medical laboratory specialist and is a certified medical technologist with experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory.

Wilma Beaty
Wilma Beaty joins BioTouch with more than twenty-five years of legal experience. She started her legal practice as an employment discrimination and commercial litigator at Nixon Peabody, a global-100 law firm. Wilma was thrilled to move her practice in-house to provide legal services to companies in a manner that helps to prevent litigation and enhance organizational compliance, which allows her clients to direct resources toward constructive growth. She has integrated her ability to organize and analyze large amounts of information to advocate for her client’s interests.
Wilma has taken on leadership roles in Human Resources, Legal Services, Risk Management, and Compliance. As BioTouch’s Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer, she will resourcefully lead with the ability to anticipate and evaluate issues and protect corporate interests.
As BioTouch’s CTO, Steve is focused on providing our organization with an enterprise secure integrated platform that supports the scaling and automation of our business. The platform then provides our business opportunities to innovate and build new or enhanced product offerings leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and advanced engineering solutions.

Steve Jensen is an experienced healthcare technology executive skilled in digital transformation and product innovation. He has been recognized as a top CIO and Elite leader, delivered award-winning sales applications, and primarily contributed to patented cancer pathway technology. Steve served previously in CIO roles at Cardinal Health, Becton Dickinson, and Health Markets.
As BioTouch’s CTO, Steve is focused on providing our organization with an enterprise-secure integrated platform that supports the scaling and automation of our business. The platform then provides our business opportunities to innovate and build new or enhanced product offerings leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and advanced engineering solutions.
Before BioTouch, Paul held senior roles in multiple Fortune 500 firms across many functional business areas, managing high-performing teams and creating an entrepreneurial culture to scale businesses by aligning resources to achieve the greatest quality, value, and customer care. He applies this knowledge as well as his expertise in Digital Supply Chain and robust analytical skills to help organizations in the medical kitting and life science sectors to scale for future growth.
Paul Collins
Paul is a business and supply chain executive who specializes in strategies harmonizing processes, people, and technology to devise custom solutions that equip businesses with the processes they need for future growth and profitability. Over the past 30 years, Paul has acquired a vast depth of experience across strategies, organizational development, and sub-contract manufacturing operations.
Before BioTouch, Paul held senior roles in multiple Fortune 500 firms across many functional business areas, managing high-performing teams and creating an entrepreneurial culture to scale businesses by aligning resources to achieve the greatest quality, value, and customer care. He harnesses his comprehensive understanding of products, technology, and logistics to deliver optimal solutions that generate substantial value for customers.
Skipper Schofield
Skipper boasts extensive expertise as an Operations leader, accumulating more than 25 years of experience across various industries such as automotive, electronics, logistics, and healthcare. His background in engineering and continuous improvement (CI) equips him to establish a data-driven Operations ecosystem for clients in the realms of supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.

Bhavna led effective deployment and life cycle management of global quality and compliance activities related to Design Controls for Medical Devices, software development, usability engineering, risk management requirements and implemented regulations like Combination Products. In addition, she was responsible for creating and implementing Quality Standards to support building agile, robust, and streamlined Quality Management Systems.
Bhavna Parekh
Bhavna has 25+ years of experience in Operations, Quality and Compliance. Starting her career at Johnson and Johnson in the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Organization. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing, Product Support and Technology Transfer. She has extensive experience supporting both FDA inspections and ISO13485:2016 certification and surveillance audits. Bhavna has experience working at the Johnson and Johnson Consumer Division where she has led and supported Consent Decree remediation, New Product Introductions, Supplier Management Program, Mergers and Acquisitions/ Divestitures.

Robin Hooker
Robin Hooker brings 35 years of experience from UPS in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Global Healthcare Market Strategy, New Product Development, and Retail Channel Strategy. He was instrumental in the development of capabilities serving the unique logistics needs of the healthcare sector focusing on creating and launching new solutions that bring value to diagnostic laboratories and clinical research organizations. Robin’s contributions grew the UPS Healthcare P&L in targeted sub-sectors by millions of dollars in earnings, and he has created technology in the UPS Retail Network reducing driver hours, fuel consumption, and emissions. Robin has represented UPS across extensive healthcare logistics conferences and is a TED Speaker.
